
Seasonal cuisine
We offer a small menu for the in-between hunger: tarte flambée, beef tartare, ice cream on the terrace in summer, with seasonal specialties.
Take a seat at our cosy bar in baroque ambience, beneath the Mucha mosaic. The counter was imported from a Parisian restaurant; the Mucha mosaic, in the Belle Époque style, was acquired some thirty years ago and reassembled on the back wall. We are currently documenting the precise provenance of both pieces.
Or settle on the terrace under the parasols, facing the sandstone arcades. A mocktail perhaps, a Feldschlösschen beer with the tarte flambée, or a wine the director has picked.










Imported from a Parisian restaurant, reassembled in Bern. Exact date and history are being documented.
In the Belle Époque style, acquired some thirty years ago and reassembled on the bar's back wall. Provenance documentation in progress.
Chicco Doro coffee, Feldschlösschen beer, with Transgourmet, Gourmador, Hiestand and Edna for the rest. Every product on the table has a traceable origin.
A seasonal wine list of Swiss and French bottles, always with a note.
